We are seeking a
Sales Development Manager to lead sponsorship sales efforts, secure high-value partnerships, and drive event revenue growth. This role is ideal for a
proven deal-closer with strong business development experience, exceptional communication skills, and a deep interest in emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sponsorship prospects across Web3, blockchain, AI, fintech, and other innovation sectors.
- Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify and engage decision-makers at potential sponsor companies.
- Deliver compelling sponsorship pitches and close high-value deals for conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Relationship Management:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with sponsors, ensuring maximum ROI and exceptional event experiences.
- Market Research & Networking:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and key market opportunities.
- Represent the organization at virtual and physical networking opportunities.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing and event operations teams to fulfill sponsorship deliverables.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or event partnership sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Strong interest or background in Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, or AI industries.
- Skills:
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and hit KPIs.
- Work Setup:
- Must be Philippines-based but fully comfortable working the Dubai time zone (GMT+4).
- Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
