Job Description

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 2 years of sales or administrative experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills; proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support the sales team, manage schedules, create reports, and provide customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
