Location: One Ayala, Makati City.
Working Hours: 8pm to 5pm (8:00 AM EST-5:00 PM EST)-Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with lead tracking, pipeline updates, and opportunity documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Coordinate client onboarding and handover to operations teams.
- Monitor sales metrics and flag performance gaps.
- Follow up with prospects through email and scheduled calls.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with structured attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a consistent night shift schedule.
