Job Description

Qualifications

  • A graduate of a four (4) year college course, preferably Marketing.
  • With minimum two-year experience in dealing with both Brokers and clients.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • With above average written and oral communication skills, high analytical skills, and practices initiative.
  • Driving skills (advantage but not a basic qualification)

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Seek support to Brokers through invites/visitation
  • Assist brokers on negotiation
  • Conduct Broker's Presentation to new brokers and Employee Orientation to the client
  • Monitors Franchise/Proposal requests and reviews the TOR for Marketing's validation
  • Meeting with the broker to serve and discuss the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the expectations
  • Monitoring of IDs and payments; following-up broker's requirements (due diligence for accreditation)
  • Monitors commission release to Brokers
  • Other duties deemed necessary
