Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Retail Systems Management: Supporting POS (Point-of-Sale) systems like Shopify, Square, or Lightspeed.
  • Inventory Control: Utilizing barcode scanners and RFID tech for tracking inventory levels, minimizing stock inaccuracies.
  • Technical Support: Providing troubleshooting for store hardware, Wi-Fi networks, and software, including SaaS platforms.
  • Data Analytics: Leveraging AI, machine learning, and CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Integrating digital solutions that personalize the shopping journey and accelerate checkout.
  • Training Development: Can provide continuous coaching and monitoring of performance, can conduct large scale training and produce training plan.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications Required For The Position)

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail, Mall and department store, handling tech gadget or solar related product.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, proficient in project management software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with retail software (SaaS) and hardware.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales and inventory data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to train staff on new technologies.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and omnichannel solutions.
