Job Description

Position: Marketing Production & Sales Enablement Coordinator

Company: Virtual Technologies Group (VTG) (BlueGrid)

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Remote — must maintain sufficient overlap with U.S. business hours

Travel: Minimal (remote-first; occasional coordination for events/webinars)

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Leader; works under the strategic direction of the (fractional) Chief Marketing Officer

Role Overview

This role turns approved strategy, messaging, and content into current, usable marketing and sales materials across controlled channels. It is an execution and coordination position for someone with strong business English, excellent file and deadline discipline, and the judgment to recognize when a request requires writing, design, technical validation, or senior approval.

This position also safeguards brand consistency as VTG unifies its legacy identities into one company under Project Lighthouse. The brand-rationalization discovery found the core problem is not the number of logos but the absence of consistency and rules — this role operationalizes those rules day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Consistency & Asset Governance

  • Maintain the marketing and sales asset library as a single source of truth — file naming, metadata, version control, approval state, retirement, and distribution.
  • Manage the migration and retirement of conflicting legacy-entity materials as the unified brand rolls out through its staged, gated transition.
  • Apply approved, differentiated messaging consistently, and flag off-brand or generic-trope language (e.g., undifferentiated IT solutions provider, trusted partner/advisor, or unmodified AI-first).

Content, Collateral & Sales Enablement

  • Format, update, and produce presentations, one-pagers, case studies, campaign assets, partner materials, and sales kits using approved copy, templates, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate interviews, source collection, review, fact-checking, and approvals for content produced by internal subject-matter experts or retained specialists.
  • Maintain the marketing and sales asset library, including file naming, metadata, version control, approval state, retirement, and distribution.
  • Help sales teams locate current approved materials and route requests that require new messaging, design, technical validation, or strategic decisions.
  • Equip sales with a one-company, cross-sell-ready enablement set — including case studies and account-level proof for marquee accounts.

Web, Campaign & Publishing Support

  • Implement approved website, CMS, landing-page, gated-asset, email, and social-content updates.
  • Reinforce a single, consistent customer front door across web and campaign updates.
  • Maintain content and publishing calendars, review status, deadlines, dependencies, and channel requirements.
  • Perform pre-publication QA for copy, links, forms, tracking, downloads, responsive behavior, file versions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate campaign-content handoffs with the Marketing Operations & Demand Generation Specialist.

Events, Webinars & Partner Marketing

  • Coordinate remote logistics for webinars, thought-leadership sessions, partner programs, and selected events, including invitations, registration, materials, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Maintain event and partner-marketing checklists, asset requirements, deadlines, contacts, and post-event handoffs.
  • Track vendor invoices and purchase status administratively while leaving spending approval and vendor selection with VTG leadership.

Role Boundaries

  • Implements approved brand and messaging systems; does not independently define company positioning, naming, offer architecture, technical claims, or visual identity.
  • Does not own original technical thought leadership without access to an accountable internal subject-matter expert.
  • Does not provide final editorial, design, legal, technical, or budget approval.
  • Coordinates remote event execution; on-site U.S. event responsibilities require separate internal or local ownership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, sales enablement, campaign production, or a closely related B2B role.
  • Excellent written English, proofreading, organization, file management, and deadline-management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience producing or maintaining B2B presentations, sales collateral, websites, landing pages, email assets, or content libraries.
  • Proficiency with the presentation, document, CMS, design, and work-management tools selected by VTG.
  • Ability to work from approved templates and briefs, maintain version control, and escalate unclear or unsupported claims.
  • Sufficient overlap with U.S. business hours for reviews, interviews, launches, webinars, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, SaaS, professional services, or other complex B2B technology offerings.
  • Experience supporting a sales organization with pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, partner materials, and request intake.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms, email tools, webinar systems, analytics, and basic image or layout production.
  • Experience using approved AI tools for transcription, first-pass organization, formatting, repurposing, and production QA under human review.
