As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts to new heights.

We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer as part of our sales expansion. The sales officer's responsibilities include delivering sales forecast, recommending improvements to current sales strategies, and informing potential and existing customers of company promotions. You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals and business connections.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Screen, recruit, and train sales employees.
  • Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answer customers questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales, and scheduled customer appointments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Inform product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyze competitors products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Initiate Sales Activities, Strategies Sales Plan, required to build brand visibilty.
  • Proven Industrial related .sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high ability to explain complex technical topics. Has excellent persuasive expertise in client presentations
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • With strong network of private companies, multinationals and government agencies.
  • Experience and familiarity of PPA concept and different contractual models for Solar PV is a plus.
  • Experience working for an international institution is highly preferred.
  • Has some solid understanding of the form and function of solar energy
  • Preferably previous work experience with utilities electric power company or similar establishments.
