As a Sales Consultant, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.

What youll do & how youll make your mark.

• Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers online presence
• Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
• Provide consultation to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and recommend products and services that will help customers businesses succeed.
• Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support
• Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
• Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity

Who you are & whatyoullneed to succeed.

• Must have at least 1 year Sales experience and be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed
