The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 13 years of sales experience (automotive experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and related documentation.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
- Ensure proper vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle models, promotions, and competitors.
