About the Company

We are hiring a Sales Consultant / Sales Representative to support business growth through B2B sales, lead generation, and account management. This role focuses on prospecting, client acquisition, solution selling, and relationship management within the AEC and Manufacturing industries.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has experience in direct sales, consultative selling, proposal development, and sales performance analysis, and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Sales Development & Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, industry research, networking, and LinkedIn/social media
  • Identify decision-makers and build new B2B sales opportunities
  • Manage and progress leads through the sales pipeline

Sales Management & Solution Selling

  • Develop and present customized sales proposals and quotations
  • Conduct needs analysis and tailor solutions to customer requirements
  • Promote company products and services using a consultative sales approach
  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support forecasting

Account Management & Customer Relations

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposal preparation and service delivery
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that maximize value and satisfaction

Documentation & Sales Administration

  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and records
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, expense reports, and related administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Product Sales
  • Proven experience in direct selling, B2B sales, or consultative sales
  • Industry experience in AEC, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Technical Sales is highly preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-oriented
  • Immediate availability preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the AEC and Manufacturing industries
