A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:
Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals
To assist clients such as architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in
To hit the monthly quota as set by the management
Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for
Submits daily report needed by the Sales Head
Ensures that the product recommended to the client must be set as the standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
To promote the CW Home Depot
For walk-in beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback
For project Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales
To join events as requested by the Marketing and top management
Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates, are welcome to apply.
One year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required
Excellent sales ability and product knowledge
Technical knowledge of merchandise
With good verbal and written communication skills
With excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
