Job Description

  • Executes sales plans that are highly aligned with the marketing plans to achieve company & individual target
  • Identify new potential clients such as cafes, restaurants, and small retail businesses
  • Provides product demonstrations to target clients to provide total sales experience
  • Co-initiates activities and programs for business development to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Develop clients for coffee and other products
  • Assists in overseeing the total market performance in the assigned territories
  • Create comprehensive analysis reports to support business decisions
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 or more years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Public speaking, negotiation, sales support, sales management, creative problem solving, relationship building, and competitor analysis.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, results-driven, analytical thinker, and a proactive problem solver.
