Role Summary
We are seeking a highly disciplined and results-driven Overseas Car Sales Consultant to support our Australian sales operations. The role is focused on lead follow-up, appointment setting, re-engaging lost opportunities, and maintaining AI sales agents to ensure no customer enquiry is missed.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up internet, digital, and manufacturer-provided sales leads promptly
- Book showroom and virtual appointments for the sales team
- Re-engage lost and dormant leads to recover sales opportunities
- Follow up no-show appointments and reschedule where possible
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
- Monitor, maintain, and quality-check AI sales agents
- Escalate system or lead issues to the Sales Manager
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales support, appointment setting, or lead management
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Confident phone manner and customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-based tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
