Job Description

Job Qualification

  • Senior High School, College level, or College graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, promodizing, or as a sales promoter
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty products and skincare (a plus)
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Strong communication skills in both Filipino and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays (10 AM to 10 PM)
  • Willing to be assigned in Ayala Feliz, SM Marikina, Ayala 30th, Estancia, and Sta. Lucia Mall
  • Beauty or cosmetics industry experience is required for this role

Job Responsibilites

  • Promote and sell beauty products and skincare items
  • Assist customers in finding the products that suit their needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
  • Approach customers and do product demonstrations
  • Have strong convincing power and be talkative
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision
