The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with potential and existing members to support their fitness journey and contribute to the growth of the gym's membership base. Key duties include conducting tours for prospective members, providing information on membership options and benefits, maintaining member records, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include promoting gym services and events, processing memberships, and supporting team-led community outreach initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Malihabad.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact effectively with members and prospective clients.
• Sales experience, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed membership sales targets.
• Basic organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to maintain accurate member records and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Knowledge of fitness and wellness principles is a plus. Passion for health and fitness is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment.
