We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate with cashier experience to join our team at JC Premiere Business International Inc in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance and organization. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately processing sales, refunds, and exchanges using the cash register
- Maintaining the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Restocking and replenishing products on the sales floor
- Providing recommendations and information about products to customers
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate or Cashier in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in basic cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
