Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch, as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements
- Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
- 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
- Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liaise in all department and stakeholders.
