Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Sales Assistant will handle day-to-day activities such as assisting the sales team in meeting targets, maintaining customer relationships, supporting administrative and organizational tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The role will also involve addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service capability, and a friendly demeanor to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Communication and Sales to effectively engage with customers and support sales strategies
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks, prioritize work, and support sales team operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently handle responsibilities
• Relevant experience or familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Proficiency with basic office tools and software
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
