We are hiring a part-time Outbound Sales & Client Support Assistant to help our sales team stay organized, responsive, and consistent with lead communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable reaching out to people, following up regularly, and keeping conversations moving forward. You will work closely with our Sales Manager to ensure no opportunities are missed and that clients have a smooth experience from first contact through onboarding.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Conducting outbound outreach to leads through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Following up consistently with prospects and maintaining clear communication
- Handling inbound inquiries and responding in a timely and professional manner
- Tracking conversations, outcomes, and next steps in our CRM or tracking systems
- Scheduling calls, sending reminders, and supporting onboarding coordination
- Flagging stalled conversations or potential opportunities for the sales manager
- Helping ensure the sales pipeline stays organized and up to date
- Working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
What Were Looking For
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, client support, or lead follow-up
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence handling objections and continuing conversations respectfully
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Reliable with follow-through and comfortable working independently
- Warm, professional, and persistent without being pushy
Work Setup
- Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
- Part-time, approximately 1520 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, weekend availability preferred
- Pay: $7$8 per hour
