Other Tasks

  • Manage Customer Inquiry documentation and response.
  • Manage Customer Complaint documentation and response.
  • Maintain and request updated technical documentation locations, as needed.
  • Request retesting for items expiring 1 month before the delivery date (and if passed, extension for 2 months after the testing date).
  • Screenshot/Extraction of the relevant Sales Dashboard data for presentation in case of slow connection.
