Accountable for providing administrative and sales support to sales accounts, with the aim of fostering repeat sales and enhancing customer loyalty.
Essential Job Function
- Provide administrative and sales support to Account Managers and Sales Group, through the following:
- Perform clerical duties.
- Assist on bidding preparation and bidding submission.
- Records keeping and documentation.
- Taking in-bound calls for Sales and Marketing Group.
- Contact clients for concerns and issues.
- Analyze customer's needs and recommend requirements that would best meet their needs.
- Perform telemarketing activities for potential account expansion and saturation.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing group on training, promos, and sales activities.
- Report to assigned Account Manager on the progress of projects or deals.
- Coordinate technical problems received from customer to concerned Systems Engineer.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- College graduate, preferably with course related to Marketing, Sales or IT
- Good oral and written communication
- Good customer and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Able to work under pressure.
- Systematic and organized.
