Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Receive, process, and verify sales orders, issue invoices, and track deliveries.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person, providing product info and after-sales support.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and account information.
Reporting: Compile and prepare sales reports, track sales trends, and monitor team performance against targets.
Team Support: Assist sales representatives with presentations, scheduling, proposals, and coordinating meetings.
Liaison: Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) for smooth information flow.

Essential Skills

Key Qualifications

High School Diploma minimum; Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Admin, Marketing, or related fields preferred for more responsibility.
Near BGC Taguig- deployment
Previous sales support, customer service, or administrative roles are highly valuable.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with order processing systems and sales reporting.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization.
Attention to Detail: Essential for accuracy in records and transactions.
Customer Service: Interpersonal skills for dealing with clients.
Basic math/numerical skills for sales metrics.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
