Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Can do sales of the products (truck, bus, concrete equipment)
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Process sales orders and maintain detailed records of transactions
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with reorders
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and performance metrics
- Assist in the organization of promotional events and campaigns
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree

- Proven experience as a sales assistant , sales representative or in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
