The Sales Admin Assistant (under Publish on Demand) provides administrative and operational support to the Sales and Publishing teams. This role ensures smooth coordination of sales activities, order processing, client documentation, and reporting, while supporting marketing and distribution efforts for published titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file sales documents, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Process and track job orders from clients and institutions
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and inventory coordination
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely fulfillment
- Support book fairs, sales events, and promotional activities
- Handle client inquiries and provide basic product information
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales and publishing operations
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Productivity and Project Management Applications (Canva, ClickUp)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Will be 100% on-site from Mondays to Saturdays
