Lead Generation (Email/Cold Calls)
- Research and create prospect list of clients where we can offer services of the Company and report to Sales Manager.
- Assist Sales Manager to send email offer to prospect clients.
- The objective is to set up meeting for product presentation to prospect client.
Setting up meetings for product presentations
- Set up and coordinate meeting/product presentation with client and Sales Manager.
Sending Proposal and Agreements to client
- Assist Sales Manager in providing proposal based on clients requirements.
- Provide Agreement to the client.
- Assist in sending the agreements to legal for review if needed.
- Assist in providing interconnection form to the client for peering connection.
Ordering of DIDs and coordinate with Product Manager
- Check Destination/Country and Service (DID/TFN) from the client.
- Check the pricing in google drive.
- Confirm with Product Manager on the pricing by providing Destination/Country and Service (DID/TFN).
Sending of Route Request for new and existing customers.
- Assist in sending Route request. Route request should include the following details such as interconnection form (for NEW Customers), Customer ID, Services offered, Selling rate and Vendor.
- Assist Sales Manager to follow up NOC/Customer Support (CS) on the activation of DID/TFN, CS to email customers once route request is activated.
Account Management
- Assist Sales Manager in answering clients inquiry.
- Assist Sales Manager to monitor that CS meets the SLA.
Monitor Accounts Receivable
- Assist Sales Manager to monitor Accounts Receivable of Client.
- Assist Sales Manager to follow up payments from clients after accounting made follow up after the due date.
- Assist Sales Manager to send letter of notice for accounts payable with 60 days aging.
Other necessary tasks assigned from time to time by the Relationship/Sales Manager.
- Administrative Duties
- For New Customer activation
- Assist Sales Manager in sending Request to invoice to accounting.
- Provide Signed copy of Agreements (Proposal, Telecommunications Agreement and Service Schedule 1 to accounting.
- Must be a college graduate (4 years of any course)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic administration skills
- Have knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be proficient in English (Verbal or Written)
