Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Associate/Assistant will play a key support role in helping the Sales & Marketing Head implement marketing initiatives and manage sales operations. This role is a mix of administrative support, marketing coordination, and digital brand building. A background in social media content creation is a big plus.

MARKETING Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (promotions, reseller activations, and product launches).

Create and manage social media content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, etc.

Design simple marketing collaterals and reseller kits using Canva or similar tools.

Assist in monitoring social media engagement and preparing basic reports.

Stay updated on competitor trends and market insights.

SALES Operations Support

Prepare sales reports, monitor sales and inventory performance.

Support in managing customer inquiries and coordinating order processing.

Organize and maintain sales documents, price lists, and reseller databases.

Help coordinate logistics for deliveries, especially during sales campaigns and bulk orders.

Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.

At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing support, admin, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.

Social media savvy familiarity with Canva, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram is an advantage.

Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Proactive team player who can work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
