Responsibilities
Promote and sell aesthetic treatments, packages, and skincare products to clients
Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media professionally
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, including social media content, promos, and events
Coordinate with clinic team to ensure smooth client experience
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the clinic
Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions
Stay updated on latest trends in skincare and aesthetic treatments
Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and product usage
Represent the clinic with a professional and friendly demeanor
Qualifications (optional)
Background in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage
