Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Officer and the Head of the Commercial Department, the Sales and Marketing Assistant plays a vital role at INAEC Aviation Corporation. This position is responsible for securing clients for the Company's charter services and fostering strong, long-term relationships through effective coordination and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in client acquisition efforts for Aircraft Charter, FBO services, Helipad Consultancy, Equipment Rentals, Hangarage, Aircraft Maintenance, and other potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and forward proposals, cost estimates, contracts, and other required documentation to prospective and existing clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for charter flight inquiries and related services, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain and update Charter Flight Summaries and client records.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding client billing, payments, and related documentation.
  • Assist in flight and aircraft scheduling for both local and international operations.
  • Support the sourcing and outsourcing of aircraft when no company aircraft is available.
  • Assist in VIP passenger meet-and-greet arrangements, when required.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing collaterals, including social media content.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining company website content.
  • Support the preparation of company presentations for clients and potential partners.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring to support business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Flight Operations to ensure seamless flight execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide end-to-end coordination for charter clients, including catering arrangements, vehicle access, and other passenger requirements.
  • Assist in drafting proposals for ad-hoc and long-term clients.
  • Support after-sales activities, including gathering client feedback and flight experience surveys to improve service quality.

Job Specification

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.

Work Experience:

  • With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing functions.
  • Proven experience in handling and coordinating with clients.
  • Preferably with background or knowledge in aviation and/or charter service operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other standard business software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
