Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Sales Administrative Associate to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to its Sales and Property Management teams. This role is critical in keeping workflows streamlined, records accurate, and client interactions well-coordinated — freeing up the team to focus on transactions and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and maintain sales and property-related documentation and files
  • Receive, log, and respond to client and tenant enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Coordinate information flow between clients, the Sales team, and Property Managers
  • Update and maintain property listings, databases, and internal systems
  • Generate routine reports to support operational tracking and decision-making
  • Provide general ad hoc administrative and coordination support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience supporting Australian (AU) real estate clients — required
  • Background in administrative support, customer service, or real estate environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database systems
  • Familiarity with property listing systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
