Position Title: Sales BDC Admin Associate (3 months contract)
Location: Filinvest 2, Alabang
Reports To: Ops Manager/Ops Lead
Role Summary
The Sales BDC Admin Associate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role is primarily responsible for managing email communications, maintaining documentation, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. The position is a short-term engagement designed to support the team's operational needs over a three-month period. Extension may be facilitated based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, send, and manage professional email correspondence on behalf of the company.
- Monitor and organize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Provide general office support, including handling inquiries and monitoring deadlines.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- 6 months-1 year of BPO admin work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
Contract Details
- Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on performance and business requirements).
- Work Schedule: 10pm-7am/rotational night shift as may be required by the business
