With Compensation Package (Salary + commission)

Location: Merville, Pasay

  • Management of client accounts
  • Facilitates communication between clients and company regarding concerns, supports, promotion, collection and other matters and/or problems which may arise in the client-supplier relationship
  • Recommends company products and services to meet client requirements, considering salable features such as flexibility, cost, capacity, economy, etc.
  • Ensures logistical and efficient deliveries
  • Ascertain sales increase and the attainment of sales forecasts
  • Creates new channels of distribution
  • Solicitation of new and quality commercial/institutional/retail clients
  • Coordinate and integrate sales activities with those of the Operations Heads
  • Negotiate terms of sale and services with clients
  • Assistance to new business development projects
  • Conducts sales analysis, market research and surveys
  • Submit reports/requirements within the prescribed period set by the management
  • Implement the sales programs of affiliate companies
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Prepare product presentation, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationship
  • Identify and resolve client concern
  • Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow up, and adherence to goals
  • Communicate new products and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Develop and implement special sale activities to reduce stock
  • Other duties as assigned
