Job Description

  • Drive company revenue by managing customers, achieving sales quotas, and promoting effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships while identifying new marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Represent the company in events, tradeshows, and seminars to generate leads and track market trends.
  • Monitor consumer, competitor, and market insights to support sales planning and strategy.
  • Lead people management initiatives including performance reviews, recognition, and target delivery.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous learning through trainings and development.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head while demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive with strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with good judgment
  • Effective team management and ability to interface with peers and executives
  • Highly motivated, confident, persuasive, organized, and professional under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office/WPS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and a positive outlook even in challenging situations
