Job Description

The Senior Account Executive is a key contributor to the companys revenue growth by managing high-value client accounts, developing strategic sales opportunities, and leading complex freight and logistics solution sales. This role demands advanced relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to close significant deals that contribute to Boss Cargo Express Freight Services expansion and leadership in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new high-value accounts in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients with large-scale freight and cargo needs.
  • Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations tailored to client logistics requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strategic account planning to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and finance to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior account executives as needed, promoting a high-performance sales culture.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and sales reports in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 45 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B industries
  • Proven track record in handling large accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of cargo operations, warehousing, trucking, and freight solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy, with strong skills in MS Office
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer relationship management skills
  • With valid drivers license, willing to travel to client sites when needed

  • Existing client portfolio in logistics, 3PL, e-commerce, or corporate supply chain
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the logistics and freight market
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to excellence
  • Can lead by example and contribute to sales team leadership
