Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Provide support to the company's sales department.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
  • Takes orders and inquiries via phone, email and other messaging platforms on assigned accounts.
  • Assisting customers on their inquiries and orders.
  • Encoding of orders for pick up in Oracle for limited number of items to purchase
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • College graduate of any business course
  • Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Sales Experience is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
