Job Description
Promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, and related solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to farmers, agricultural businesses, dealers, and cooperatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Negotiate terms and close sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and industry exhibitions to promote company products and services.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any business, agriculture, or related field
Sales experience is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willing to travel and conduct field visits
Knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery is a plus
