Job Description
- Promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, and related solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to farmers, agricultural businesses, dealers, and cooperatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and industry exhibitions to promote company products and services.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Bachelor's degree in any business, agriculture, or related field
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel and conduct field visits
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery is a plus
