About the Role
As the ROPA Administration Team Head, you will be responsible for supervising the documentation, compliance, and processing of NROPA/ROPA accounts for Auto Loans and Real Estate Mortgage Loans in accordance with standard operating procedures.
How you'll contribute
- Responds to queries and emails to fulfill commitments to internal and external clients.
- Oversee ROPA Team operations to ensure seamless execution of services provided to both internal and external clients.
- Prepares reports on document and collateral status for proper monitoring of ROPA/NROPA accounts prior to endorsement to PMD for booking or to the Legal Department for foreclosure.
- Reviews and validates documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before endorsement.
- Monitors team performance, provides guidance, and conducts regular evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Oversees audit preparation and ensures readiness for internal and external review
What we're looking for
- Must have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in lending, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in documentation review and compliance monitoring.
- Preferably with MIS experience, particularly in generating or analyzing reports.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Possesses strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise reports to management and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising staff and operations.
- Knowledge of foreclosure processes and legal documentation is an advantage.
