Conduct site audits and verification of existing RF and MW installations, including antennas, RRUs, BBUs, ODUs, cables, CPRI, jumpers, and associated ancillaries.
Assess and validate proposed locations for RF and MW equipment in accordance with approved designs, engineering standards, and site requirements.
Perform dismantling, replacement, and installation of RF and MW antennas, equipment, cabling, and related ancillary components.
Execute removal of legacy indoor and outdoor BTS equipment and installation of new systems, including RRUs, BBUs, and MW IDUs.
Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
At least a High School Graduate.
With relevant experience in rigging works, site survey, and installation for both telecom and civil works activities.
Preferably holds a valid Working at Heights (WAH) Certificate.
