Position Overview
The RFP Writer is a high-impact role responsible for crafting compelling, customer-focused proposals that help the company win new business. This individual serves as the primary author of proposal content, translating technical capabilities and service offerings into persuasive, market-ready documents that stand out in competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce complete customer proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.
- Translate company service capabilities into clear, compelling, and customer-centric narrative content.
- Collaborate with the RFP QA Coordinator to ensure all proposals pass quality review before submission.
- Work closely with the RFP Coordinator to ensure timely proposal delivery to customers.
- Apply a strong marketing focus to all proposal content, positioning the company competitively and persuasively.
- Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, and brand voice across all proposal documents.
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals efficiently while maintaining high output quality.
- Complete assigned exercises following successful interviews as part of the evaluation process.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Excellent written English: clear, concise, persuasive, and free of grammatical errors.
- Strong marketing focus, with the ability to frame services and solutions in terms of customer value and competitive advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with meticulous attention to compliance requirements, formatting standards, and response completeness.
- High productivity and comfort working under tight deadlines and managing high proposal volumes.
- Experience with proposal writing, technical writing, marketing content, or similar fields preferred.
- Familiarity with government or commercial RFP processes is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent writing experience considered.
