Entry Level: Data Encoder

 Operates a data entry device to key and/or verify a variety of standard and/or complex coded or uncoded business and statistical source data into a computer. Works with clearly defined procedures. Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks. Entry-level business support or operation role. No prior training or related work experience required.

• Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work 
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions 
• Performs routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision 
• Accuracy and attention to detail 
• High level of concentration 
• Able to do repetitive task in quota driven production environment 
• Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams 
• Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications) 
• Other similar tasks assigned 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
• At least 45 WPM
• Above average communication skills
• Average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
