Your Role
As a
Revit Drafter, you will:
- Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations
- Translate architectural concept designs into detailed architectural drawings using Revit
- Produce architectural documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance with guidance from the Architect
- Utilize Enscape for visualization while developing Revit models
- Liaise with councils and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints
- Ensure all designs and documentation adhere to NSW planning laws and building codes
- Participate in project coordination and documentation tasks to support the overall design team
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Revit and Enscape
- Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic architectural environment
Preferred Skills/expertise/experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Previous experience in architectural documentation or a similar drafting role
