Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser (Sales) to ensure that products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted in retail stores. The role involves coordinating with store personnel, monitoring inventory, and driving product visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail stores to ensure product displays are organized and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with store staff or distributors.
Implement merchandising plans, product arrangements, and promotional displays.
Ensure all items are properly priced and aligned with marketing standards.
Conduct regular store checks to monitor product movement and visibility.
Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and sales staff.
Submit reports on sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or College Level; a background in Sales, Marketing, or Merchandising is an advantage.
With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser, Promoter, or Sales Associate (preferred but not required).
Knowledgeable in product display, sales strategies, and inventory monitoring.
Has good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to be assigned in various retail locations within Metro Manila.
