A leading consumer retail organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial & Retail Leader to drive revenue growth, optimise retail performance, and manage key accounts across the business. This senior role is responsible for setting and executing sales strategies, overseeing retail operations, strengthening customer experience, managing commercial and service contracts, and leading high-performing teams to deliver strong financial results. The position works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain, owns budget and P&L performance, and drives continuous improvement across sales execution, store operations, and operational efficiency.
