With at least 5–7 years of experience in franchising, dealer/franchisee recruitment, or retail operations.
Must have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Has the ability to assess financial and operational capability of prospective business partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledgeable of franchising principles, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Must know how to drive with valid driver's license.

Dealer Recruitment & Network Expansion
Implement and oversee the full Dealer Selection Process (DSP), including announcement, prospecting, filtering, business visits, presentation, deliberation, and appointment.
Proactively identify and build a pipeline of potential dealer candidates through market scanning, referrals, events, and industry connections.
Conduct thorough background checks, financial capacity assessments, and capability evaluations of prospective dealers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with franchise requirements, including franchise fee collection and contract signing.
Develop evaluation tools and scoring systems to objectively assess dealer applicants.
Recommend dealer partners to management for appointment, ensuring alignment with company values and long-term strategic goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen recruitment strategies and dealer pool quality.
Collaborate with marketing and corporate communications for official dealer announcements and recruitment campaigns.
