Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Application Engineer based in Quezon City. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers. They analyze customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure the proposed products or systems meet technical and business needs. The role will also involve working closely with the sales marketing team and services engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and project specifications
  • Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution explanations to clients
  • Design and recommend customized solutions based on customer needs
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and RFPs (Requests for Proposal)
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of solutions
  • Support product selection, system configuration, and integration
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during pre-sales and sometimes post-sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted technical advisor
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Strong technical knowledge relevant to the industry (LPG equipment)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits
  • With a driver's license can drive a manual/automatic

Preferred Experience

  • 1–5+ years in sales engineering, application engineering, or technical engineering background
  • Experience working with customers or in client-facing roles
