The Risk Officer is responsible for leading the preparation, review, and maintenance of the Bank's Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery Plan in compliance with BSP regulations. He/she will also assist to integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations into the Bank's risk management and lending processes in compliance with BSP regulations. Key responsibilities include ICAAP document preparation and submission, recovery plan preparation and submission, stress testing and scenario analysis, risk appetite review, support internal and external audits and BSP examinations, prepare related reports, enhancement of ICAAP and Recovery Plan methodologies, regulatory compliance and ESG integration, risk assessment (E&S risks) and monitoring, reporting and documentation, sustainable finance development, training and stakeholder engagement, and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics or mathematics. Financial engineering or equivalent courses.
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years work experience in risk management, capital or financial planning, stress testing, financial modeling, ESG or related roles in financial institution. ICAAP, Recovery Plan and/or ESG experience is preferred. Familiarity with BSP regulations, BASEL requirements, sustainability reporting standards and recovery planning. Master's degree or professional certification an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Intermediate/Advanced) and ESG reporting tools; excellent verbal and written communications; excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills; organized and with high attention to detail; a self-starter; ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage cross-functional projects.
