Arden Consult is the Philippines leading strategy and advisory firm at the forefront of gaming, crypto, fintech, and emerging technologies. We work with some of the world's most recognized international companies to help them enter, operate, and scale in Southeast Asia. What began as regulatory consulting has evolved into long-term strategic partnerships — where we now serve as local joint venture partners, helping these businesses launch and grow their operations on the ground.

To accelerate this, we've launched a new platform focused on strategic execution and venture building — and are looking for a high-performing associate to join us. This role will work directly with our COO (a former Silicon Valley tech executive) and collaborate with a top-tier team that includes alumni from leading law firms, global consulting firms, and high-growth startups.

We've just opened our new office in BGC, and are building a lean, high-impact team to shape the future of international tech in the Philippines.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the COO to build and grow joint ventures with global gaming, crypto, and tech companies
• Lead and execute workstreams across strategy, operations, business development, and market entry
• Develop go-to-market strategies, build financial models, and assess new commercial opportunities
• Interface with regulators, legal partners, service providers, and international executives
• Support the setup and operational scaling of new ventures, including recruiting, workflows, and local compliance
• Own high-impact deliverables including business cases, investor decks, and strategic presentations
• Contribute to Arden's internal growth — including hiring, systems design, and new client development

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or strategic roles at a top tech company
• Graduate of a top-tier university in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to structure and communicate complex ideas
• Executive-ready communication skills; comfortable working with C-suite and international clients
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to drive initiatives independently
• A builder's mindset — excited to move from advising to executing and scaling real businesses

Nice to Have

• Interest or experience in gaming, Web3, generative AI, or emerging technologies
• Exposure to international markets or cross-border partnerships
• Experience in founder-led or startup environments
