Retail Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

The Retail Associate supports the growth of the retail business by coordinating store operations, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and expansion projects. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to execute promotions, monitor store development, and ensure seamless retail operations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Basic Function

• Support retail sales initiatives, promotions, and business growth strategies.
• Coordinate marketing activities and partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in store expansion through site sourcing, project coordination, and store opening activities.
• Prepare sales analyses, reports, and operational updates to support decision-making.
• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day retail initiatives.

Qualification Guidelines

• College graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail, marketing, project management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel for store visits, site inspections, and retail-related activities, with flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when needed.
