Job Summary
The Retail Associate supports the execution of retail operations, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, store expansion projects, and brand activations. Working closely with the Retail Head and cross-functional teams, the role helps ensure the smooth implementation of business initiatives that drive sales growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare sales reports and monitor retail performance to support business planning.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Work with the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align promotional activities and online content.
- Coordinate with mall partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to support retail operations.
- Assist in site sourcing, store openings, and store expansion projects.
- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory requirements, permits, and operational documentation for events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative requirements for the Retail team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of retail initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of Retail operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, marketing, project coordination, or events, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with SAP or ERP experience considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willing to travel for store visits, site inspections, and events as needed.
