Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Mandaluyong. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, motivate and manage the team, and maintain high standards for food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting staff with training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in delivering Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
