Job Description

  • Aid in the recruitment and training of new hires, as well as the ongoing training of current personnel.
  • Overseeing the activities of the staffs as well as the front and back of house personnel.
  • Maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and compliance with the health code of our kitchen staff.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and inspire your team to do the same.
  • Quickly address client complaints and successfully resolving them.
  • Create plans to help increase the sales by promotions and launching of new items.
  • Project future demands for kitchen goods, supplies, and cleaning materials with the help of the kitchen side and cashier side.
  • Continually keep track of all required supplies.
  • Identify ways to reduce waste, lower expenses, and boost revenues for the store.
  • Organize staff's work schedules.
  • Must be graduate of 4-year course
